The Community Outreach Program (CORP) is a community-based program designed to assist people with navigating the medical system and to ensure everyone has the opportunity to access all appropriate and available resources. CORP can assist with applications, referrals to resources, attending medical appointments and accessing resources. CORP can also act as a medical advocate.
