CURRENTLY ALL HOUSING FACILITIES ARE FULL – however we encourage you to begin the application process and maintain your interest in our facilities so that if a suitable unit becomes available you can be contacted by our Housing Team.
The Lower Similkameen Community Service Society works with BC Housing to manage several housing complexes in the Keremeos Area. The buildings in Keremeos are offered on various income thresholds meaning that those who do not qualify for BC Housing subsidies may still qualify under affordable housing.
Once your application has been received it will be evaluated and a Housing Coordinator will set-up an appointment to discuss available options.
How Should I Apply?
Individuals and families with income below $56,000* annually (*depending on unit size).
